It was a much needed night of laughter, thank you! We have been friends for almost 29 years and you are the three people who know me and still love me even with my flaws. Let's try to see each other every other month even for a bite to eat and a laugh.
May is next, or the beginning of June, I have now applied for 5 jobs and will keep plugging along.

Bought a new Subaru Crosstrek on Saturday. It will be a good commuting car. No frills and not expensive. I did get heated seats and a moonroof so I guess I have a few frills. Plus it plays my ipod which is rather nice.
Robotics team made there way to St. Louis and Phil's been gone since last Wednesday. It's been kind of nice in the house. No one pouting or slamming things.

May 26th. A new car is very exciting. How is Caroline doing? You and Mark only had one child -- how was that?? Romantic???
I wouldn't call it romantic, but just very Phil-free. Quiet, no slamming and Ted comes and goes so it's kind of like what it will be like when they are all in college. I cleaned the house and it stayed that way for 6 days.
How did Juli like France Lynn? I hope she has lots of pics.

May 26 has been put on my calendar...I bought an expensive guitar...trying to sell the old one...Riley is getting first communion this weekend!
I was driving behind a crosstrek this morning. It looked nice! When does Phil come back?
Juli's trip to France was wonderful. She took 2000 pictures but I have only seen a few. Of course, she came home sick, tired and hungry but she is doing better now. She isn't a fan of french food and lived on bread, pastry and nutella for the week.(Sounds good to me!)
So the 26th it is! What do you want to do Deb? Is that your actual BDay?
New well tank going in today. I now believe we have replaced every conceivable working part to our house since we bought it.

Phil came home today and was too exhausted to be himself. He went to bed at 730. They had a wonderful time.
Ted has SAT's on Saturday. Congrats on Riley's first communion. I can't believe its time for that already.
and how did you know you needed a new well tank? is this the tank inside the house or the actual reservoir that's drilled into the ground?
Well tank inside the house. It was becoming airbound and everytime we flushed or showered you could hear the pump clicking because it was working extra hard. The well guy said the pump would eventually burn out and since that is only a few years old and even more expensive I didn't want to take the chance.
How did the robotics team do?

Hangover sounds good. Definately could use some laughs. I have been to Asian Bistro for Hibachi and that was very good. Do you want to plan on Asian Bistro and movie? Meet at my house...I'll check the movie times and then we can decide what time to meet.
I am taking my Mom for a liver biopsy on Friday and she will be at my house recuperating so I will just do dinner and skip the movie this time. Where is Asian Bistro?
The Hangover is playing at 8:30, 9:00 and 10:00 so meeting at my house at 6:30 will work.

It seems that since the liver biopsy my Mom is bleeding internally. She has been admited to Yale New Haven Hospital and is not getting out today so I dont know if I will be able to meet you.

She is doing much better. They moved her from ICU to a regular room and they are weening her off the oxygen. I was told yesterday she is on the lowest dose.
Oh good. Hopefully she can come home soon. Missed you on Sunday!
She is out of the hospital. My brother picked her up and brought her to my house so she is waiting for me to come home.
Good news. Is she going to stay with you for a while?
She is at my house still. I am actually shocked. I made an orange creamsicle cake yesterday and we celebrated her birthday yesterday with my brother even though it is officially today. How was the movie?
The movie sucked nance. I am happy to hear that she is with you. Keep us posted. I missed you, the next few weeks are crazy but after that maybe we can catch a movie.
She left my house today and is back in Meriden. Movie idea sounds good let me know.

The last 90 seconds after the credits was the best part of the movie. It was kind of worth it just for that, but not by much. Missed seeing you. We'll do a movie soon. In fact, I have a movie my mother told me I should watch with all you guys one night when we were having dinner and wine. I can send my husband and boys out for the evening and I'll make dinner for you all :)
Yes they did the biopsy and then the pain and bleeding started. The results may have come back but she doesn't have a follow up appt til the middle of June.

Are we picking a date for boat day? The calendar is filling up. Aug 10th doesn't work and I would rather not to Aug 11 but I think the rest of Aus is ok. If memory serves we were shooting for Aug, right?

The movie is Hysteria - the complete history of the vibrator. I'll be red throughout the entire thing.
And August 10th doesn't work for us either. I'm having all the robotics people for a picnic. Any other weekend seems to work well and Carolyn will be home after the 9th.
