I can't make the 27th any longer. My mother got us tickets to go see Bryan's blues band play in Canton that night. We'll have to pick another night or we can wait until Nancy's if it's too hectic around the holiday.
Very cool for Bryan, let's regroup. What about a Sunday? Even just for a bite to eat? October 21st or 28th? I really would like to see everyone before the holidays begin.
So what are we doing on Sunday??? Did you say Chinese Dan? I have a coupon for Hunan Pan which I think is the only sit down chinese in Shelton now. Or we could go to the place in Trumbull we went last time.
No idea about movies but Chinese is good. If no movies, then we could meet at the place in Newtown (which used to be the Fireside Inn) to eat and talk. I can't remember the name of the restaurant.
Alex Cross or Taken 2 in Trumbull, Paranorman in Newtown. The Chinese place in Newtown went out of business and may be reopened (not sure). Dan is there anything closer to you for Chinese? Or Shelton?
Sandy looks like Monday hit so we should be OK. What time and where ladies??? The asian fusion place has reopened where the fireside was under a new name. Do you want to go there? Would we want to do a scary movie in honor of Halloween?
No movie for me, and if you want to do Trumbull movie, would you want to go to Shelton chinese - or where was the place with the guy who has the funny teeth? Was it in the plaza where portofino"s was? I think there"s a stop and shop?
got some recommendations for Newtown restaurants from a coworker: Figs (Italian & Other) Mona Lisa (American) (maybe expensive) My Place (Italian & Other) Newtown Inn (American) Food can be hit or Miss
is that Mexican place (in Orange?) that was in the hole in the wall, next to Napa auto parts still there? it had excellent mexican- if we can't find chinese. there are a few chinese places in southbury but they are very expensive and not very good. we don't usually order any in the area. we can do mexican if everyone agrees. If we don't want to go that far, we can always go to coyote blue in newtown (if that's still there)
How about Sweet Mango in Newtown. It's next to where the Meathouse used to be on rt25. It's sushi, chinese, thai. We go there a lot and it's pretty good. Will 5 work for everyone?
We are fine. No power but no real damage at the house. The generator is keeping us going. The best investment ever! I think Dan and Deb still have power. The girls and I loved your Halloween video!

See you there at 5pm. Right or left hand side of rt 25? Is that kind of at the end of Toddy Hill Rd?
It's the right side coming from your direction... A little bit past Stop and Shop.
Ok 5pm ex-meathouse plaza tomorrow..
Got power but no internet, home phone or cable. Left work yesterday @ noon and am working today...how is everyone else?
