Hope all is well as we wind down. I don't even know the story but his wife didn't ever think if my husband gets into politics and has a lapse in judgement and common sense this is going to be bad??? That is my insight at 5:29 a.m.

Hope you all survivied the storms yesterday. I drove home in it and was sure the hail was going to dent my new car. Power finally came on at 3:00 am this morning... Thank God. We have Juli's 8th grade dance, Emily's recital and Juli's Confirmation this weekend. It's gonna be crazy!
Finished in patient coding boot camp. A lot of work! Glad to not have to drive to Norwich everyday again. Did get the per diem job there. Just have to actually submit an application. A friend of ours passed away. She had small cell carcinoma of the lung for a week before she died. Reminded me of Janine. Very sad. No benefits and the husband has been out of work for a year. She was the only one with a job. It's a terrible situation. Glad this week is over.
No school today for the kids. We're actually lucky to have power but no cable for a few days. People are coming here to shower it's so bad. Hope you are all doing better than we are...

Rocking Horse Ranch this weekend with the girls scouts. Not sure if I will actually make it on a horse.
Ed's still not doing great. He goes to the doc on Friday for the results of the EMG and MRI.
I walked into Big Y last night and the headline read "Obama Beats Weiner". I couldn't stop chuckling the entire time in the store.
Stay off the horses! You'll be walking funny for a while if you don't. Hope everything turns out ok to for Ed. Back surgery is awful. Our friend was a mom to 2 kids who are in Ted and Caro's class. We had a tornado last week. It's official. Finally got cable back on Monday. Lost power Saturday for the day. Not much else new which is, you know, good.
