The poem I wrote about Marie was very well received. One of her senior citizen friends got up and sang the Our Father and her grandaughter got up and sang Amazing Grace. Norb said that I got more of a response than the people who sang and I was the only one who said anything besides the pastor. When I read the poem, it made people cry and then I told one of her jokes and it made them laugh. So, I am happy I could do it.

I have jury duty tomorrow. Anyone have a Princess Leia costume I can borrow? I think that will get me off.
Carolyn was invited to prom so last weekend we went shopping. Ended up at a bridal shop as they don't have hoochie mama clothes on the racks. Nothing in the mall I would even let her try on. It's awful. We did find a very nice dress. Will have pictures much later.
Deb, where was it again that you stayed in Hershey park and would/did you stay at the expensive hotel that was in the park? I have the brochures somewhere, I just have to get them out. I have to plan a vacation and I'm getting no help from the family. Phil's only request is that it remains in driving distance and not a plane. I think we'll either go there or back to New Hampshire. We haven't been there in a while. Where is anyone going this summer? I hope Lynn is having fun in the Dominican.
Did I tell you I have jury duty? Can you tell I don't want to go?
Can I raise my hand and jump up and down in my seat and say, "Pick me?" Do you think they will use reverse psychology and NOT pick me?
Norb is supposed to plan our vacation this year. He wants to go the beach. Any suggestions?
Speaking of summer...should we start planning Setzler day on the lake or two?
Dan, We stayed at the Hershey Lodge. We really enjoyed it and loved the transportation into the park, etc. Prom...welcome to the wonderful world of high school. I will be going to prom as well this year!

Nance, lake days can be planned at anytime. We will be away from 7/8 - 7/12.
