We decided to purchase a fake tree last year so it is up but no light or ornaments on it yet. Christmas cards are done and just need to mailed. Outside decorations are done. Just need to shop and do inside decorations.
I am feeling a little under the weather. Occasionally, coughing having trouble clearing throat and some congestion and minor aches and pains.
We got a new kitten on Friday. Her name is Daisy Mae and she doesn't weight a pound. She is either 6 or 7 weeks old. Very cute. She is going to hang out in our room for a while until she's more aclimated before meeting gargantuan aka Thor.
Thanks for the direction on Sat. Deb. We found everything no problem. The directions the Lego League people gave us had us coming down route 8 and going thru all these crazy side streets. Didn't go honme that way tho once I realized where I was. The team won the Technical Award so it's on to to Central Ct State Univ on Sunday for the State competition.
This was Phil and the Middle School Lego League club who had to build a robot out of legos and program it to do assigned mission by the head lego people. Kind of cool. It's a miniature robotics thing. In fact a bunch of the robotics kids were there too from high school. Just one more thing to fit in when there is limited xmas shopping time.
The Sherlock Holmes movie doesn't come out until xmas day so it will have to be the week after. I took
Wednesday and Thursday off from work is anyone is available during the week, otherwise the weekend looks ok.
I am available Sun 12/27, all day Thu 12/31 (I have the day off), Sat 1/2 and Sun 1/3.
I am free for the entire break...might go to NYC one day.
I am also free all week... except for potentially one day in the city TBD.
Enjoy the snow day for those of you who have the day off. There is not one ounce of snow in Stamford and we must have 4 inches.
Do we want to do something early on 12/31 like a matinee?
