Went to the beach today, very nice. Trying to relax. Reading a book I assigned for psych...a little slow. That's about it. Blog people!

I'm rather happy. Less money to begin with but after a while I should go back to almost where I was. There are many goals to achieve and places to go. Thanks for all the support.
Went rafting down the Farmington River on Saturday with the Snieckus's (our best man from the wedding). Fun! Leisurely tubing down for 1.5 hrs, towing a cooler full of beer and riding the rapids. Drank a lot of beer, then had a picnic afterward. Can't wait for boating day.
Lynn, comment esta eustad? Did you have fun? I bet it was beautiful. Caro wants to know if Juli can come over before boating day and we'll bring her back to Nancy's and you on the 15th. Not sure what she has going on. So, we're good from Aug 6th - 15 to have Juli over for a few days. Let me know.
Hi Nance! For your picnic I'm bringing BLT pasta salad and something else-baked beans and drinks. I think I blogged that before but wasn't sure.

How was vacation Lynn?
Wow... all this good news. I'm so happy for you Dan! It sounds perfect.
We had the best vacation ever. It was beautiful and everything I hoped it would be... except freakin hot. No one got sick. We relaxed a lot. We didn't do much in the way of tours because it was really expensive and you needed to stay close to water or the heat and humidity was unbearable. We were upgraded to two ocean view rooms with hot tubs on the balconies. The food was awesome. My family loves mexican so the buffets were right up our alley. I still laugh at Lauren eating pancakes and refried beans for bkfast. The guacamole was the best ever. We ate it at just about every meal. We were able to eat at all the restaurants... even the fancy French one. Because it was slow they relaxed the requirements of no children. We ate, drank, slept and swam all week. Went to a cool interactive zoo that gives you your own tour guide and lets you hold the animals... we all held a baby alligator. There were wild monkeys that would jump from the trees and steal your food bags.
Now it's back to four suitcases worth of dirty laundry. I'll write more later.

Juli would love to come for a few days that week. My only problem is that I will be away on August 10, 11 and 12th and my flight doesnt get into late Wed. night. I could bring her up the night of August 13th after work. Just let me know.
