Anyone want to venture a guess on how much the vet bill was to determine Annie has a uti? (Complete with sedation - but I'm sure no one is surprised by that)
The contestant the comes the closest without going over wins their choice of a beautiful, sweet, grey tabby who only has a few good years left - or a personal chef to create a weeks worth of gourmet meals. (courtesy of Nutrisystem)
Life is not fair - In one week I lost 2 lbs and Ed lost 7 lbs.

OK...$173.00 for Annie. Never diet with a man and I am enjoying my one slice of pizza for dinner.
It was very good to see everyone!!!
You are very generous with a $173.00 vet bill Deb. I'd say (with consious moderate sedation) it was more like 265.00, including, spending the day with pedi bags, attendance by the vet tech and the luxury of the day spa provided.
Forget Nutrisystem. You're body will be where it needs to be, at least that's what I keep telling myself.
It was good to see everyone. Janice did email me back the next day saying she never looked at her email on Saturday (yeah right) so she didn't realize we had gone. She said she'd catch up with us the next time.
I'm sorry to say you are all losers and no one wins the grand prize - for which you all should be relieved.
And the answer is....$537.00
Imagine how much fun we could have had at a spa with that money.
Deb - I think that Goblin and Annie could definately have a contest to see who has the most stickers on their chart. Annie has three including - "will bite" and "use extreme caution". I can rmemeber the third - but it should have said "Nasty Cat" So when I got there they asked me to get her out of the cage because no one would touch her. Apparantly she spent the day - even under sedation- growling and sticking her paws through the cage trying to swat them. I think she is now the joke of the office.
Do you think I paid a nasty cat premium to discourage me from ever returning????
I was going to guess around $400 but apparently I was not fast enough! Norb says we are not replacing any of the three animals we have left.
Thanks for coming the other night!
Lynn: Men and Woman lose weight differently. Don't be discouraged. He will lose a lot at first and then slow down.
I can say proudly that Goblin is down to "Use Caution". Sorry about the bill.
Start offering Ed beer and the weight will come back. hang in there.
How did Dr. Al do Deb? Is he still on BOE?
Yes!!! Thank the good Lord. It was close and tense as well as cold. Yes we stood out supporting him. But it is done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
