OK - were hot (and not all having flashes yet), were 40 and we sure are something! Nancy vetoed the idiot husband part - she is a newleywed after all.
Thanks to all for the suggestions. I'm still laughing.
Things are crazy here as usual. Everyone has been sick, including me.
On a sad note, our sheepdog mama lost all her puppies because of that damn dog food problem. Now its back to square one trying to find another puppy. Although I have a lead on a pregnant dog on Cape Cod who should be due in mid April. This process has been harded than conceiving my own kids and not nearly as much fun. I'll keep you posted.
Besides that, work sucks, my husband needs to be medicated again and I'm tired of coughing and peeing at the same time.
Someone blog some good news.

I'm sorry to hear about the puppies. I am happy to report that Goblin has survived her poisoning incident (self-induced) and has completed her round of meds.
No hot flashes here either but I can't wait. Everyone is healthy and enjoying the warmer weather.
I actually can't wait for April vacation! I am sooooo happy I can blog again. THANKS!!!
I'm glad you can post again too Deb. Sorry Lynn E about the pups. That hugely stinks.
Mark and 4 other guys from work have started an investment club (Ironhorse Investments, LLC). My job is to shut up and support it. I think they figure they're going to get rich quick and be able to quit their jobs. (I'm sorry did you hear me "snort" laugh?!)
On a lighter note, my 13 yr old daughter has been sneaking large hooped earrings to wear at school. I didn't want her to wear them in the beginning (she bought them at the mall when she went with a friend and HER mother-who I believe has absolutely no common sense to say no to these awful things) and I told her she couldn't wear them to school, the fighting ensued. I'm ready to not care whether she wants to wear them or not but I want to know WHAT she looks like when she's off to school. They are "hoo-chi-mama"
earrings. (kind of go with bare midriff tops). Lord give me the strength.
That's all. A movie came out that I wanted to see (Amazing Grace) with the hunky man from Horatio Hornblower (A&E British thing) but it's not really playing around here. We'll have to wait for video. So, blog on ladies...
Sorry to hear about the puppies. Norb says that when the four we have die we are not replacing them. I am going to be a basket case when one of mine dies as these are my first pets. Waffles (the white one) is 15 and Spud is 12 and they are not getting any younger.
